Sigismund (Siggy) Tetteh

Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Sigismund (Siggy) Tetteh joined Houston Healthcare as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in March 2021. Having been in Information Technology (IT) since 1996, Siggy brings a depth of knowledge to his role. Having worked in healthcare since 2001, he is well-versed in healthcare IT. He most recently served as the IT Director of Rural Health for Atrium Health Navicent in which he oversaw all IT responsibilities.

Siggy received his Master of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University’s J. Whitney Bunting College of Business. He received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Middle Georgia State University. In addition to his graduate and undergraduate studies, Siggy holds IT certifications; College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) - Certified Healthcare CIO and Certified Digital-Executive. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Healthcare.

As CIO, Siggy provides oversight and management of the health system’s information service areas. He is very active in his community and serves on the IT Advisory Board at Georgia College and State University, Middle Georgia State University, and Central Georgia Technical College.
