You will be able to view:

- Preventative care information, such as your anticipated flu and pneumonia vaccine dates, last documented mammograms or echocardiograms, and so on
- Upcoming scheduled appointments
- Any physicians seen during your hospitalization and their contact information
- Personal demographic information

My Physician Portal
Important Update: Sign Up for Emory MyChart Now!
Beginning December 1, 2025, our clinics will start using a new electronic medical record system called Epic. As part of that transition, this portal will no longer be available to communicate with your providers. To stay connected, please sign up for Emory’s Epic patient portal, MyChart.
With MyChart, you can:
- Communicate directly with your care team
- View upcoming appointments
- Access test results and visit summaries
- Manage your health information all in one place
Don’t worry – your information will remain viewable in read-only mode in the old portal until at least June 2026 so you can still view or print your past records, if needed.
You can also receive important appointment updates by texting START to 69454.
