Personal Health Records at Your Fingertips

Effective June 1, 2026, we have transitioned to a new electronic health records system, Epic, which includes a MyChart patient portal. We moved all previous patient portals into a single, easy-to-use system.

You will need to create an account for the Emory Healthcare MyChart patient portal. You’ll need to sign up even if you use MyChart at another health system or provider practice.

Signing up for an account is easy. In most cases, it takes only a few minutes.

With MyChart, you can:

• Communicate directly with your care team
• View upcoming appointments
• Access test results and visit summaries
• Manage your health information all in one place

You can also receive important appointment updates by texting START to 69454.
