Led by a certified instructor, these one-hour classes, developed by Dr. Paul Lam, uses gentle Sun-style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn and suitable for every fitness level. Slow controlled movements are practiced supporting range of motion, balance and core strength. Classes are considered beginner level and can be modified to meet specific needs.
