Throughout a thirty-two year career in healthcare as a finance and operations leader, Mike has led hospitals and health systems through transformative change and growth while engaging team members to sustain scalable and successful plan implementation that achieve ongoing results. As a CFO and Senior Vice President for Finance and Operations in multiple health systems, he is known for architecting change and optimizing operations that improve financial outcomes by driving a culture that fosters top performance among his colleagues, physicians, and team members. Mike has deep knowledge and executive leadership in academic medicine and understands the unique nuances of physician organizations and hospitals as teaching and research centers. He also has experienced leading finance and operations for a strong community health system in Florida where he led rapid growth grounded in responsive service development, physician and clinical engagement, with thoughtful operational improvement, and improved financial practices. Mike and his bride Kelly lived in Connecticut until 2023, when they moved to Jupiter Florida. They live there now with frequent visits from their daughter and friends.
