
Kevin Splaine is an accomplished health care executive with over three decades of leadership experience spanning complex health systems, payers and academic medical centers. As CEO of Emory Hospital Warner Robins and Emory Hospital Perry, he leads with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
Kevin also serves as Senior Vice President of Network Development for Emory Healthcare, where he plays a key role in expanding strategic partnerships and advancing Emory’s mission to improve health across Georgia through integrated care delivery.
Prior to joining Emory Healthcare, Kevin held pivotal leadership roles at Penn State, Spectrum Health, Trinity Health, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and Medically Home, consistently driving organizational transformation and aligning culture with top-decile performance and outcomes.
Kevin holds a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University. He is known for his ability to connect vision to execution, leading change, and creating environments where people and performance thrive.
