At Houston Healthcare - Warner Robins, we have a 9-bed pediatric unit designed
specifically for pediatric patients. Our medical team has broad experience
in treating both acute and chronic conditions, with a special focus on
those up to 18 years old. Your child will receive compassionate and coordinated
care, as our specially trained pediatric providers work diligently for
the health and well-being of your child.
Med-Stop Urgent Care:
Pediatric Care When You Need It
When you desire medical attention for your child without waiting for an
office appointment, our Med-Stop facilities are ready to serve! Pediatric
care is available at all Med-Stop locations, to provide specialized attention
whenever desired. At our Lake Joy Med-Stop, we have thoughtfully designed
a dedicated space for Pediatrics to create a comforting and child-friendly
environment.
Advanced Testing and Certified Staff
At our Med-Stops, we offer testing to diagnose and treat pediatric conditions.
Our services include RSV testing, which helps identify respiratory syncytial
virus - a common cause of respiratory illness in children. Rapid Wave
testing allows for quick results, ensuring your child's treatment can
begin without delay. We also provide plain film X-rays on-site, aiding
in the diagnosis of various conditions. Additionally, our dedicated staff
is certified in advanced pediatric life support.
