Led by a certified instructor, these one-hour classes meet two times per week for eleven weeks. The first six weeks will be the beginning forms and the last six weeks will be an advanced forms. This Tai Chi for Health program, developed by Dr. Paul Lam, uses gentle Sun-style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn and suitable for every fitness level.
