Nursing Services at Houston HealthcareHouston Healthcare's hospitals are exceptional facilities for the new RN graduate with less than one year experience. We assist the new graduate with the transition from student nurse to an independent registered nurse. Our Medical-Surgical RN, Emergency Department RN, and ICU RN Residency Program provides the new nurse with clinically significant classroom instruction as he/she works closely with a preceptor on a nursing unit. The residency program is led by a Residency Coordinator who collaborates with unit-based Clinical Coordinators and preceptors to ensure a well-rounded orientation experience to help new nurses build clinical skills and confidence.
