Houston Healthcare is committed to taking care of you, our patient. We hope to provide you with the best possible care in a warm and friendly environment. We have added a few pieces of information that will benefit you in understanding the care you will receive while a patient at Houston Medical Center, Perry Hospital or any other Houston Healthcare facility. Our goal is to help you feel better and get back to your regular activities as quickly as possible.


The Patient Channel

Houston Healthcare is pleased to offer The Patient Channel. This channel serves our patients, families and guests as an educational and informational health care source.

The Patient Channel at Houston Healthcare also features "Natural Surroundings," a program of relaxing audio and video designed to help patients rest and sleep, which promotes shorter stays and quicker recovery. Every aspect of the channel was created to benefit the patients of Houston Healthcare and promote a better quality of life for all of our patients, families and guests.

The Patient Channel for Houston Medical Center is Channel 16 and Channel 41 for Perry Hospital. HHTV covers medical topics such as cancer, heart disease, asthma, diabetes and other health related topics. We encourage you to visit the channel and see what topics may be relevant to you.

If You Have a Concern

Houston Healthcare strives to provide the best healthcare and ensure the safety of the patients whom we serve. If at any time you have questions or concerns regarding your care or safety, please talk with your nurse. A patient representative is also available to talk with you about any concerns you have during your hospital stay. Below is a list of additional resources available to you:
