Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Powell serves as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for financial activities of Houston Healthcare. Mr. Powell has worked in hospitals for over 21 years prior to joining the Houston Healthcare Leadership team in 2004.

He received his Bachelor's in Science from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a CPA and a Fellow and a Certified Managed Care Professional in Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
