Outpatient Rehabilitation

You may be sent to outpatient rehabilitation services if you have a minor illness, injury, or medical event in which you have the strength, function, and mobility to manage your own care and recovery from home. Houston Healthcare’s Pavilion Rehab is staffed with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to ensure you can resume your daily activities as quickly, safely, and painlessly as possible. Our rehabilitation professionals employ a variety of advanced techniques to restore your strength, motion, and flexibility while reducing pain.

Rehabilitative therapy can improve and enhance your daily functioning. Our rehab therapists and staff have the skills and experience to motivate and challenge you to move in ways you never thought possible while providing the care, concern, and service you deserve for optimum healing.

Important items to bring include:

• Picture ID
• Insurance card
• Physician’s prescription
• Accident report for a motor vehicle accident
• Employee info for workers’ compensation
• List of current medication
• Co-payments are due at the time of visit
