Reducing Your Risk of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

Because prostate enlargement occurs naturally with advancing age, and because there are no known controllable risk factors, there are no guidelines for prevention. However, some research shows that factors like a healthy diet, regular exercise, and not smoking may help.
