Michael O'Hara joined the Houston Healthcare team as the Senior Executive Director of Human Resources in June 2008. Mr. O'Hara came to Houston Healthcare following a long and distinguished career in the Human Resources field as a civilian within the United States Air Force. Mr. O'Hara's final assignment with the Air Force was as the Director of Personnel at Robins AFB.

Mr. O'Hara completed his undergraduate work at the University of West Florida. He subsequently completed his Masters Degree at Troy State University. In addition to his service with the U.S. Air Force, Mr. O'Hara served for five years on active duty with the United States Navy as a member of the Nuclear Submarine force.
